Rules of conduct in the shopping center
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These rules of conduct for visitors to the "TRINITI" Shopping and Entertainment Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") have been developed and adopted to ensure the comfort and safety of visitors to the retail facilities, as well as to ensure the protection of the property of the "TRINITI" Shopping Center and its employees. They regulate the general conduct of visitors within the premises and/or on the territory of the "TRINITI" Shopping Center (hereinafter referred to as the Shopping Center), located at: Grodno, Yanka Kupala Avenue, 87.
1.2. Visitors may enter and exit only through specially designated and equipped entrances/exits and may only remain in the building during the Shopping Center's operating hours.
1.3. The Shopping Center is equipped with a video surveillance system that records visitors and their actions, which helps protect the property of the Shopping Center and maintain public order.
1.4. Photo and video shooting within the premises and on the territory of the Shopping Center is permitted for personal purposes only.
1.5. Parking of vehicles on the territory of the Shopping Center must be carried out in accordance with the requirements and restrictions of the installed signs and road markings. Bicycles, scooters, and personal mobility devices (e-scooters, hoverboards, Segways, unicycles, etc.) must be left in the parking lot only in specially designated areas.

1.7. These Rules are posted on the information board in the "TRINITI" Shopping Center and on the website: http://triniti-grodno.by/
2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR VISITORS
Visitors to the Shopping Center are obliged to:
2.1. Comply with the requirements of warning signs, instructions, or other designations;
2.2. Observe and maintain public order and generally accepted standards of behavior, and act respectfully toward other visitors and the Shopping Center Administration;
2.3. When using the elevator, escalator, or moving walkway (travelator), strictly adhere to its carrying capacity limits. In the event of a sudden elevator stop, strictly follow the instructions attached to the inner wall of the elevator. Under no circumstances should you attempt to open the elevator doors yourself.
3. SAFETY MEASURES
Visitors to the Shopping Center are prohibited from:
3.1. Climbing on structures or facilities not intended for this purpose (facades, fountains, partitions, walls, barriers, lighting poles, roofs, etc.);
3.2. Visiting the Shopping Center in clothing (dirty clothing, or clothing emitting strong unpleasant odors) or an appearance that violates public order or the peace of citizens and expresses clear disrespect for society (including in swimsuits, swim trunks, and similar beachwear, or in a semi-nude or fully nude state);
3.3. Vandalizing, breaking, or otherwise damaging Shopping Center property, including landscaping and vegetation;
3.4. Entering staff-only premises or areas closed off to Shopping Center visitors;
3.5. Littering in the premises and on the territory of the Shopping Center;
3.6. Smoking (consuming) tobacco products, or using electronic smoking systems (e-cigarettes, tobacco heating systems, etc.) in the premises and on the territory of the Shopping Center (except in specially designated smoking areas);
3.7. Consuming alcoholic beverages, except in catering establishments located within the Shopping Center intended for this purpose;
3.8. Bringing in and consuming any narcotic, psychotropic, or other stimulant substances;
3.9. Riding and moving around the Shopping Center premises on roller skates, scooters, bicycles, skateboards, Segways, and other means of transportation, with the exception of wheelchairs and baby strollers used as a means of transportation by people with disabilities or children;
3.10. Bringing animals into the Shopping Center premises, with the exception of guide dogs;
3.11. Bringing items that may cause a fire or explosion (combustible and explosive substances, explosives, ammunition, etc.), unless the aforementioned items were purchased in a store located within the Shopping Center;
3.12. Offering to purchase cosmetics, souvenirs, drinks, food, clothing, promotional merchandise, and other commercial goods, and/or providing any services within the premises or territory of the Shopping Center without separate written permission from the Shopping Center administration;
3.13. Distributing promotional flyers, brochures, booklets, and/or other informational/promotional material within the premises or territory of the Shopping Center without separate written permission from the Shopping Center administration;
3.14. Organizing any rallies, meetings, and/or other similar events without separate written permission from the Shopping Center administration;
3.15. Organizing promotional campaigns, surveys, signature collections, and/or other campaigns, as well as carrying out other activities not previously agreed upon in writing with the Shopping Center administration;
3.16. Entering the Shopping Center with bicycles, scooters, or personal mobility devices (e-scooters, hoverboards, Segways, unicycles, etc.). The movement and parking of vehicles are carried out in accordance with traffic rules;
3.17. Parking vehicles on pedestrian crossings for the boarding/alighting of passengers or for other purposes.
4. ACTIONS IN EMERGENCIES AND EXTREME SITUATIONS
4.1. All Shopping Center premises are equipped with a fire alarm system, an automatic fire extinguishing system, a unified perimeter security alarm system, and audio systems that broadcast audio messages informing visitors and/or third parties how to act in the event of an accident or other extreme situation (hereinafter referred to as the "Systems").
4.2. It is strictly prohibited to disable, obstruct, or otherwise limit the operation of these Systems.
4.3. In the event of an extreme situation in the Shopping Center, such as a fire or explosion, natural disasters or catastrophic events, sabotage, or a terrorist act, visitors must follow the instructions of Shopping Center security personnel, police, fire and rescue services, and other services or administration staff.
4.4. (Примечание: нумерация сохранена как в вашем оригинале) In case of discovering suspicious or unattended objects, explosive, chemical, or radioactive substances, immediately report this to the information center staff, administration, or Shopping Center security. Before the arrival of Shopping Center security and/or other services, if possible, cordon off the dangerous area and do not take any actions to localize or neutralize the threat yourself.
4.5. The Shopping Center administration has the right to immediately and without prior notice close the Shopping Center (or any part of it) if there is a threat to the security of the Shopping Center, or the health or lives of visitors and tenants—including fire, explosion, gas leak, or other danger—in order to prevent possible damage and harm.
5. THE SHOPPING CENTER ADMINISTRATION IS NOT LIABLE FOR:
5.1. Harm caused to visitors as a result of their violation of safety and fire safety rules and regulations, as well as the Shopping Center Visitor Rules, or for harm to health caused by the unlawful actions of third parties;
5.2. Children left unattended by adults on the territory and in the premises of the Shopping Center;
5.3. The safety of belongings left unattended in the premises and on the territory of the Shopping Center.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. These Rules apply to all visitors to the Shopping Center.
6.2. Every visitor, upon entering the Shopping Center, automatically confirms that they have read these Rules and commit to complying with them.
